Open Payment Database Notice

In accordance with the Physician Payments Sunshine Act, healthcare providers are required to report certain financial interactions and transfers of value to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS).

The Open Payments program collects and publishes information about the financial relationships between healthcare providers and manufacturers of drugs, medical devices, and biologics. This information is publicly available through the CMS Open Payments Database.
